Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 1701-Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, MD. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and keeping the sales floor organized and inviting.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional, omni-channel shopping experiences, use technology and a POS system, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
