Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador in our Towson, MD store. You’ll guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and keep the floor organized to create a welcoming, on-brand environment.

Ideal candidates bring customer-focused experience, a hospitality mindset, and comfort with a POS system. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store goals and promotions.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
