Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and help deliver a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.

You will drive sales by executing visual standards, restocking, and merchandising to keep the floor guest-ready, while supporting guest services, backroom organization, and safety policies. This role offers on-site training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting room to salesfloor throughout the day.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up and maintain compliance with laws.
