Job summary

Lane Bryant in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers and to partner with the Store Manager on daily action plans. You may step into a Manager role when needed to guide the team to success.

You’ll lead with a focus on empowering customers and associates, uphold brand guidelines, and support store priorities while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

1-3 years retail experience expected.
Passion for styling and love of working with people.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Proficient with technology, including operating store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
Support onboarding of new associates and adherence to brand guidelines.
