Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class guest experience at our Denver store. You will welcome guests, understand their needs, and suggest merchandise with styling recommendations to drive sales.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable meeting personal sales goals, collaborating with teammates, maintaining visual standards, and handling transactions with the POS system while staying knowledgeable about product features and pricing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, determine their needs and guide them to matching merchandise.
• Offer styling recommendations to enhance the guest experience and sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals and look for upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge of features, benefits and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with inventory tasks.
