Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. seeks a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class guest experience in our Lone Tree store.

You will help guests find the right merchandise, offer styling advice, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling while collaborating with a team to maintain attractive displays and store standards. You will process transactions via POS, assist with receiving shipments, and support inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused guest service experience.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to enhance sales.
• Strong knowledge of merchandise features and pricing.
• Collaborates with team to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintains inventory and product displays, ensuring a clean, organized selling floor.
• Accurate transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Comfort with physical tasks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finding merchandise and offer styling recommendations.

• Maintain product knowledge and keep shelves stocked and displays attractive.
• Process transactions accurately using POS; handle returns per policy.
• Assist with receiving shipments and basic inventory counts.
• Report to work as scheduled and be flexible for nights/weekends.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and store is clean.
