Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest, assess needs, and help find perfect merchandise with styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks: receiving shipments, checking stock, and counts.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Process returns and exchanges to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled, track time accurately, and stay flexible to business needs.
• Must be 18+ years old; available nights and weekends.
