Job summary

Target in Spokane, WA is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests with fashion needs, maintain floor presentation, and ensure a welcoming environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, keep the floor stocked, priced, and signed, and participate in daily tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills.
• Support backroom organization for replenishment and fulfillment.
• Remercharge merchandising as items sell to create an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing during merchandising cycles.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support guest services and fulfillment throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies.
