You will help maintain store standards, assist with visual displays, and participate in omnichannel coaching while growing client relationships. The role emphasizes MAPS-based service, fast checkout, and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales goals by using sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Keep knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
• Participate in monthly store sets, visual directives, and zone maintenance.
• Promote MAPS, provide a cohesive omni-channel experience, and resolve customer concerns.
