Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team in Columbia, SC. You will engage guests on the shop floor and fitting rooms, delivering a high-energy, guest-friendly experience with strong operations and compelling visual merchandising.

You will support price changes, backroom organization, and replenishment while maintaining safety and compliance. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
