KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 1168-South Park Mall-ANN-Charlotte, NC. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring the sales floor stays welcoming and organized.

You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver authentic customer experiences, share product knowledge, and use available tools to provide a seamless omnichannel service while upholding visual standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
