Job summary

Target in Milwaukee is hiring a Style Consultant to welcome guests, maintain attractive displays, and provide an exceptional shopping experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

You will drive sales, use store tools to monitor inventory, and keep merchandise organized and ready for guests. A strong customer service attitude, apparel interest, and ability to operate scanners are essential. Training is provided, with expectations for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotional signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as required.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest requests.
