You’ll help customers complete their look with jewelry, handbags, wallets, luggage, scarves, sunglasses, and other accessories, using fashion knowledge to educate on features and craftsmanship. You will contribute to a high-energy, team-driven environment, meet personal sales goals, and build a loyal customer base through in-store and digital interactions.

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and bi-annual inventory count
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment
• Commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book
