Job summary

Target in Tampa is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, maintain a ready floor, and deliver a helpful shopping experience across the sales floor and fitting room.

You will drive sales through friendly service, operate store tools and scanners, restock and price merchandise, and support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while upholding safety and compliance. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and offers comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Utilize store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and floor fullness through priority fills and merchandising.
• Backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with signing execution.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise to salesfloor.
