Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through exceptional guest service, strong operations, and engaging visual merchandising.

You will greet guests, assist on the sales floor and fitting rooms, drive sales, and maintain an inviting, well-stocked floor with correctly signed products across sizes and colors. A flexible schedule and emphasis on safety and compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment.
• Support guest needs using store tools to understand sales and inventory.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain backroom organization.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising within capacity.
• Support backroom operations and replenishment to assist guest requests.
