Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is stocked, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

You will drive sales by following visual standards, supporting guest needs with knowledge of assortment, and maintaining backroom organization, merchandising, and price changes while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards and signage.
• Stay knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Sort truck freight and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad through priority fills and merchandising.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
