Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver a top-notch shopping experience and keep the floor visually appealing. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.

You will collaborate with teammates to support guest needs and store sales in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes strong operations, guest service fundamentals, and knowledge of apparel assortments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor with priority fills.
• Remerchine and adjust displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
