Job summary

Target in Minnesota is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and accurate pricing. You will support visual merchandising, stock floor, and assist customers with style selections.

A fast-paced, physically active role requiring teamwork, flexible hours including nights and weekends, with opportunities to learn retail fundamentals and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage and staying knowledgeable on assortment.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
