Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a high level of guest service and on-brand visual merchandising.

You will manage merchandise, support pricing and promotions, and maintain a guest-ready floor across shifts including peak times, nights and weekends. Training and benefits accompany a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor guest-ready with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight to the floor and locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain inventory availability and full floor using priority fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment activities.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signings as required.
• Maintain clean fitting rooms and assist guests on the floor.
