Job summary

Target in Grand Rapids is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and enjoy a compelling in-store experience. You will greet guests, assist on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and ensure floors are stocked, accurately priced, and ready for quick self-discovery.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering a guest-ready floor with clear signage and attractive displays.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms; stock, price, and organize merchandise.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenish inventory to meet business needs.
• Support guest services such as check-out, pickup and Drive-Up with a compliant, safe approach.
