Responsibilities

• Engage customers with Levi's omni experience and loyalty programs.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment per store standards.
• Comply with all Levi's Stores policies and directives.
