Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Stylist at our Michigan City store to deliver exceptional customer service and fashion-forward guidance. You will engage customers, suggest looks, and participate in merchandising and store operations to provide a seamless Levi’s omni experience.

You will join a dynamic team, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and support with cash handling, stock, and floor sets while upholding Levi’s brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or fashion experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that reflect current trends and promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote Levi’s omni experience and engage customers with loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer concerns following company policy and aiming for satisfaction.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Follow store policies and directives from management.
