Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Store Support team member who loves fashion and delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale.

You will assist customers by phone and at checkout, promote the Nordstrom Rewards program, and keep the department “runway ready” through restocking and light cleaning. We value strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions.
• Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing fashion knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized department and cash wrap area; restock as needed.
• Stay up on fashion trends to assist with purchase decisions and promote Nordstrom events and rewards programs.
