Job summary

LOFT in Roanoke, VA seeks a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling. You’ll keep the store looking beautiful, ensure merchandise is organized, and collaborate with your team to deliver memorable customer experiences and support our omnichannel approach using available tools.

Qualifications

• Previous sales associate or customer-focused experience preferred
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient with POS systems and store technology

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
