Job summary

Talbots Wyomissing, PA store is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and promote product knowledge. You will support store leadership, build relationships with customers, and stay current on fashion trends to assemble outfits that fit customer needs.

Applicants should demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise, and a passion for fashion, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise while loving fashion.
• Driven to create, build and cultivate relationships with customers.
• Strong ambition and passion for achieving goals as part of a store team.
• Excellent verbal communication and integrity in all interactions.
• Navigate a computer/iPad/handheld system with ease.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Open availability of 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
