Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization while delivering a high level of service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, are organized, and can adapt to company technology. Some experience with visual merchandising is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor and stockroom organization.
• Accurately enters receiving documents and reconciles invoices; completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Assists with pricing changes and markdowns and signage placement.
• Models MAPS principles and supports a cohesive omni-channel customer experience.
• Maintains boutique cleanliness and organization; assists with visual directives and stockroom tasks.
• Communicates with customers, associates, and management; participates in teamwork and problem-solving.
