Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and promotional signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and relocate merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and perform priority and manual fills to keep the floor stocked.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests and fulfillment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist in price change processes with signage and clearance merchandising.
• Operate fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
