Job Overview

Join Target as a Specialty Sales Consultant in Style, Tech, or Beauty. As a Style Consultant, you will provide an incredible guest experience, deliver strong operations, and create compelling visual merchandising presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization and support fulfillment and guest needs.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and maintain fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome and help guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
