Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests with fashion needs and deliver a top-notch in-store experience. You will support merchandising, maintain the floor, and assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate stock in backroom based on business needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
