Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Great Falls to help guests discover fashion and joy through friendly, proactive service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will keep the floor stocked, priced, and signposted, and you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, store-wide merchandising approach. Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with physical tasks on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with merchandising standards.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Sort and push freight to sales floor to meet business needs.
• Maintain backroom organization and product availability.
• Support price changes, signing, and merchandising processes.
• Welcome guests and ensure safe, compliant store operations.
