LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as brand ambassador, build authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling. You will help keep the store inviting and organized, collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will use technology to support omnichannel shopping and stay aligned with promotions and priorities while maintaining a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
