Equinox Style Advisors in San Ramon is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join the team. You will greet customers, provide attentive service on the shop floor and at the register, and help customers find the perfect fit and look.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
• Experience in a customer service business, preferably retail.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the shop.
• Provide courteous service on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Ask questions to determine customer needs.
• Suggest items to meet customer needs.
• Explain quality, style, fabric, and fit of merchandise.
• Suggest additional items the customer may be interested in.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized shop.
