LOFT store in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, delivering personalized styling recommendations and maintaining an inviting sales floor. You will ensure merchandise is well-organized and collaborate with the team to create memorable customer experiences.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, uphold visual standards, and use technology to support promotions and priorities, while supporting store leaders to meet goals.
