Job summary

LOFT in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to be a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You'll help keep the store beautiful by ensuring merchandise is organized and in the right place on the floor, collaborating with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
