Job summary

LOFT, operated by knitwellgroup, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador and guide customers through personalized styling. You will help maintain an inviting store environment and ensure merchandise is organized to impress shoppers.

You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and use brand behaviors to build loyalty while collaborating with the team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
