KnitWell Group, overseeing LOFT, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling while keeping the store visually polished.

Collaborate with the team to create memorable in-store experiences, drive brand loyalty through attentive service, and utilize technology to support omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
