Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with your team to create welcoming experiences that reflect the brand’s look and feel.

You’ll use product knowledge to drive loyalty, stay informed on promotions, and support store leadership in achieving daily goals. This role is Regular/Part time, in Elizabeth, NJ.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-focused background.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Proactive in making thoughtful decisions.
