Job summary

Ann Taylor in Short Hills is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering authentic styling guidance and personalized service to each customer. You’ll keep merchandise organized, drive an inviting omnichannel experience, and collaborate with your team to meet daily store goals.

Ideal candidates bring customer-focused experience, a hospitality mindset, flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications
