Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Stuffer Operator for the 1st shift at the New London, WI plant. The role covers setting up, operating, and tearing down stuffing equipment, ensuring continuous product flow, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have minimal work history with one employer, be able to perform basic math, and be willing to work overtime. This is an hourly, full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 months of work history with the same employer.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to perform basic math and SAP paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and operate the stuffers and related equipment.
• Maintain full tables and conveyors with meat at all times.
• Assist in cleaning metal detectors and perform general housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety, GMP and SQF requirements; participate in job rotation as needed.
• Perform paperwork and SAP functions as required.
