Job summary

Labcorp in Madison, WI is seeking a Study Support Specialist – I to provide archival and on-site support for the Study Coordination team. You will perform processes accurately, manage assigned projects, participate in training, and review peers’ work for accuracy and timeliness while ensuring timely delivery and proper time recording.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of lab experience. Preferred: science degree, 4+ years lab experience, and Excel/LIMS proficiency.

Study Support Specialist – I

Work Schedule – Monday thru Friday (Day Shift)

This is an on-site role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support in the form of archival and on-site support for the Study Coordination team.
• Perform accurately all processes relevant to role.
• Able to work on allocated projects, and seek guidance on priorities.
• Actively engage with relevant training programs to gain an understanding of role and responsibilities.
• Review peers' work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgment.
• Deliver results within agreed timeframe.
• Demonstrate good timekeeping and time recording (timesheets).

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years or more of Labcorp or comparable laboratory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or another scientific field.
• 4 years or more laboratory experience.
• 2 years or more experience using Excel or LIMS
