Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Study Support Specialist – I for an on-site, weekday daytime schedule. You will provide archival and on-site support to the Study Coordination team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processes.

The role requires strong communication and detail orientation, with focus on prioritization and planning. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in a Labcorp or similar lab environment, with preferred bachelor’s in chemistry/biology and 4+ years laboratory

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years lab experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • 4+ years laboratory experience.
  • 2+ years experience using Excel or LIMS

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing archival and on-site support for Study Coordination team.
  • Perform all processes relevant to the role accurately.
  • Work on allocated projects and seek guidance on priorities.
  • Engage in training programs to understand role and responsibilities.
  • Review peers' work for accuracy, timeliness and sound technical judgment.
  • Deliver results within agreed timeframe.

Study Support Specialist – I Work Schedule – Monday thru Friday (Day Shift)

This is an on-site role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support in the form of archival and on-site support for the Study Coordination team.
  • Perform accurately all processes relevant to role.
  • Able to work on allocated projects, and seek guidance on priorities.
  • Actively engage with relevant training programs to gain an understanding of role and responsibilities.
  • Review peers' work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgment.
  • Deliver results within agreed timeframe.
  • Demonstrate good timekeeping and time recording (timesheets).
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years or more of Labcorp or comparable laboratory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or another scientific field.
  • 4 years or more laboratory experience.
  • 2 years or more experience using Excel or LIMS

Application Window: 8/13 thru 8/23/26

Pay Range: $21 - $25 hourly

Benefits
  • Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
