Responsibilities

• Lead study integration for clinical data management, ensuring quality and compliance across eCRFs, integrations, and reports.
• Develop program plans and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Mitigate risk, manage change control, and oversee validation and audit readiness.
• Direct leadership of complex trials, drive process improvement initiatives, and mentor the team.
