Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Study Integration Manager (M-track) to lead a team delivering trial-level data management components, including eCRFs, integrations, validation and reports, ensuring quality and compliance in clinical trials.

You will build integrated program plans, drive cross-functional collaboration with Clinical and DI&A/IT, manage vendors, and oversee risk mitigation and process improvements, with a hybrid work setup and ~10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years relevant experience including 2 years in people management.
• Advanced degree with 4 years relevant experience including 2 in leadership.
• Technical skills: clinical data management lifecycle, data integration, knowledge of GxP.
• Preferred: automation, validation, multi-system data flow experience.
• High-value focus on clinical data management within pharma development incl study design, validation, regulatory compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, DI&A/IT, vendors and stakeholders; hybrid work setup with ~10% travel.

Responsibilities
