Qualifications

• 3+ years direct advising experience in study abroad and 2+ years supervising staff.
• Comprehensive knowledge of study abroad in higher education; able to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–4 International Program Advisors; conduct regular meetings and assess performance.
• Participate in hiring and training of advising staff; implement policies and practices for admissions and advising.
• Provide advising services for a portfolio of programs; assist with admissions, financial aid information, and program logistics.
• Coordinate services with program partners; update materials and provide back up advising as needed.
• Organize advising events and trainings; promote accessibility and inclusive advising.
