Job summary

Ford Motor Company, as part of Studio X, seeks a Digital Design Chief who will lead Design Visualization, Research & Development, and Digital Technologies on a global scale. The role focuses on shaping the digital design roadmap and driving operational excellence within the Global Design organization.

The leader will ensure rigorous data security and manage high-performing teams across multiple disciplines, reporting to the Director of Design Operations.
