Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Lead Designer to develop and deliver physical Design Studio Models. You will guide a team in building armatures and design intent models in a fast-paced setting, coordinating staffing, resources, and timing with the Design team.

This position is responsible for the development and delivery of physical Design Studio Models.

You will get to lead a team of professionals in the development and build of armatures, design intent models and various other physical models in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $115,700 - $192,000.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location are required to be onsite four or more days per week.
