Job summary

WeightWatchers Field Team is hiring in the United States for flexible, part-time workshop roles. You will engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales while delivering the weekly behavior change curriculum across studio locations.

This hybrid, in-person role adapts to your schedule and location within the territory. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $21 USD, with emphasis on building community, supporting members, and representing WW at events.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one
• Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance
• Experienced at facilitating a group
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek partnerships to attract new members and raise brand awareness
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools or products to help success
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported
