Job summary

Cox Media Group is seeking a part-time News Production Assistant for WSB TV News in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Producer and Director with all show production needs, helping stage daily newscasts and ensuring smooth operation of studio equipment.

Responsibilities include managing floor setup, lighting, teleprompter, cameras, and coordinating scripts and updates between the newsroom and studio. Night/weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Detail oriented.
• Familiarity with computers and basic digital programs.

Position Overview

WSB TV News is looking for a go getter that wants a foot in the door to television news production. This person will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Producer and/or the Director for all show production needs. This is a part-time position.
