Job summary

FP Movement in Austin is seeking a Studio Stylist to help drive sales through confident product knowledge and true service. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, guiding customers with styling advice, and promoting FP Movement events to boost engagement.

Your efforts will support store operations, from sign-ups and payments to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless, well-informed customer journey both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: drive store experience on the sales floor with energy and reflect FP Movement values.
• Interacts with customers to discuss wellness, fitness and an active lifestyle while initiating conversations in every zone.
• Support events with partners and FP Movement teams to drive engagement at the store and locally.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping and event experiences using MPOS, POS, FP App and other platforms to inform customers about offers.
• Promote FP Movement events and drive engagement and participation.
