FP Movement in Bend, Oregon is seeking a stylist who drives sales through product knowledge and genuine service. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, engaging customers with an energetic, wellness-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include promoting FP Movement events, collaborating with partners, and maintaining in-store visuals and safety standards while supporting shipments. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand representative reflecting FP Movement values to drive the store experience.
• Initiates conversations and engages customers in wellness, fitness and an active lifestyle.
• Promotes FP Movement events and collaborates with partners to drive engagement.
• Uses in-store and online information to enhance the customer omni-channel experience.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and participating in meetings and initiatives.
• Grows product knowledge on fit, fabrication, and styling to inspire customers.
• Maintains visual and operational standards and supports shipment processes.
• Upholds safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
